OfficeExpert TrueDEM supports all public versions of Microsoft 365. However, it is a dynamic environment where updates and changes happen often and fast. The OfficeExpert TrueDEM team is dedicated to adjust and fix any issues that can arise from this. If issues can't be resolved immediately we will report them here.

Microsoft callRecords Graph API Problems

On December 9th, Microsoft reported an issue (TM952459) affecting the timely processing of call records data. This problem impacts various Microsoft Portals, such as the Teams Admin Center.
Since TrueDEM Portal relies on this data as a fundamental component, it results in calls not appearing in User Call Lists and other Dashboards/Pages.


New TrueDEM Agent Version - 1.24.1

A new Agent Version (1.24.1) was unexpectedly released. This occurred due to changes in how Microsoft handles Store applications, which we were unaware of.
As you know, we usually first release a new version on the Insider Ring before announcing it for the public ring.

Since the rollback was only partially successful, we are now releasing this version to all our customers on the Public ring and Insider ring.


Issues with retrieving real-time call data from Microsoft Teams

Update Info: Users on Agent v1.24.1 no longer have this issue.

Updates to newer versions of Microsoft Teams and the way Microsoft performs these updates can, in certain cases, affect the reliability of data retrieval. We are aware of two specific situations where this currently can happen:

This can cause the OfficeExpert TrueDEM agent to temporarily loose connection with the Teams client which impacts the collection of real time call data. Other collected data is not impacted. We advice you to reboot the device if this happens and, in general, to make sure devices are regularly rebooted.

Note!  As a reminder, panagenda officially supports only the Microsoft Teams versions that are on the Public ring (TAP, Beta, Early Access Versions are not supported).
