Summary: In this video, COO Henning Kunz will show you three simple steps to open a support ticket for panagenda iDNA Applications.
It's easy to open a support ticket for iDNA Applications:
- First, create an email and describe the issue as best as possible.
- Secondly, download and attach the log file to your email. To do this:
- Open up your browser.
- Go to your appliance by entering its IP address.
- Log in with the config username.
- After you have logged in, click on Settings > Download logs.
- A pop-up window is displayed. Enter the same credentials (config); the package will download.
- Attach the downloaded log package to your email.
- Finally, send the email with the attached log package to support@panagenda.com.
