OfficeExpert TrueDEM supports all public versions of Microsoft 365. However, it is a dynamic environment where updates and changes happen often and fast. The OfficeExpert TrueDEM team is dedicated to adjust and fix any issues that can arise from this. If issues can't be resolved immediately we will report them here.

New TrueDEM Agent Version - 1.24.1

A new Agent Version (1.24.1) was unexpectedly released. This occurred due to changes in how Microsoft handles Store applications, which we were unaware of.
As you know, we usually first release a new version on the Insider Ring before announcing it for the public ring.We are looking for a way to Rollback or at least to "Stop" this propagation

Since the rollback was only partially successful, we are now releasing this version to all our customers on the Public ring and Insider ring.

Issues with retrieving real-time call data from Microsoft Teams
